摘    要:采用化学成分分析、力学检测、宏观和微观断口分析、金相检测分析了480QZ汽车传动轴管开裂原因。结果表明。轴管上的平衡块贴片焊接区存在的马氏体组织和明显的焊趾表面应力集中是导致传动轴管开裂的主要原因。

Abstract:Cracking reasons of steel pipes for 480QZ automobile drive shaft are researched through the chemical composition analysis, mechanical testing, macro and micro fracture analysis and metallographic examination. It turns out that the martensitic structure in the weld zone of the shaft tube and the surface stress concentration of the weld toe lead to the fracture of steel pipes.
