| 摘 要： | 从铸轧、冷轧和铝箔工艺参数以及磨辊工艺分别进行了分析，重点对铸轧辊的凸面率、楔形率、原始凸度、相邻两点厚差以及铸轧工艺参数和冷却控制系统进行了研究，探讨了轧制铝箔时影响板形的主要因素。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed continuous casting, cold rolling and aluminum foil rolling parameters and roll grinding process respectively, especially studied caster roll convexity rate, taper rate, original camber, thickness difference between two adja- cent points, as well as continuous casting process parameters and cooling control system, and systemically expounded main factors influencing on foil shape during rolling. |
