摘    要:安钢高速线材工程,主轧机美国摩根公司生产,轧机安装精度Ⅰ级,且该工程位于湿陷性黄土地区。大量笨重的设备安装必将使基础产生不均匀沉降,影响生产使用。通过方案制定,精密测量,预测沉降,保证了设备的顺利安装。

Abstract:The main mill of the high-speed wire project is imported from US based Mogan company and the installation precision of the mill is first class. But the position of the construction located in wet and subsidence yellow mud. The heavy equipment could make the unbalanced sedimentation in foundation. The equipment was installed successfully through the decision-making, sedimentation measuring and predicting.
