摘    要:介绍了采用氧气顶底复吹转炉→LF炉精炼→板坯连铸→TMCP生产Q390GJD/Z35高建钢板的生产工艺。通过对化学成分合理设计及制定适合本厂的冶炼、连铸、轧制工艺,采用微合金化和TMCP相结合技术,成功开发了Q390GJD/Z35高建板,产品质量满足GB/T19879—2005要求。

Abstract:The paper introduces the production of Q390GJD/Z35 steel plate for high rise building by using process of top and bottom combined oxygen blown converter steel making, LF refining, slab casting, TMCP wiling. Appropriate steelmaking, continuous casting, rolling process has been established for Xinyu Iron and Steel Co, Ltd. by rational design of chemical analysis. The product has been successfully developed by joint application of microalloying and TMCP techniques, of which the product quality meets the requirements in GB/T19879 -2005.
