摘    要:本文以成分设计为前提,对〉100 mm厚度FH32船板的成分、正火工艺、组织、性能进行了研究,开发船板产品质量完全符合DNV船级社规范要求,通过了DNV船级社第三方见证,为更高级别、更大厚度船板的试制开发提供了思路。

Abstract:The article takes composition design as a precondition,studies the composition,normalizing process,microstructures and mechanical properties of FH32 hull plate over 100 mm thickness.The quality of the developed 100 mm thick FH32 hull plate completely meets the requirements of DNC rule,and has passed the third party certification of DNV,which has provided the development thoughts for higher grade and larger thickness hull plate.
