中厚板轧机双机架负荷平衡和产能优化研究

摘    要:双机组布置的中厚板轧机,在两台机组间合理分配轧制负荷、保持轧制节奏平衡是发挥产能的关键。通过对现场工艺数据的收集与实测,建立了两台机组的轧制力模型,应用等负荷分析法编制了基于产量最大的压下规程优化程序。现场生产试验表明,优化程序的应用实现了减少轧制道次、均衡双机架轧制节奏、提高轧机小时产量的目的。

Investigation on Load Distribution and Output Optimization of Two Stand Medium Plate Mill

Abstract:For a layout of two stand medium plate mill trains, high output depends on a reasonable load distribution and balanced mill pacing between the two stand mill trains. Rolling force models have been established for the two stand mill trains by way of collecting and measuring of the actual process data. Maxium output based pass schedule optimization program has been compiled by using equal load analyzing method. The site production trial result shows that application of the optimization program achieves the target of reducing the number of rolling passes, balancing the two stand mill pacing and increasing the mill output per hour.
