摘    要:通过对Q345E低温冲击性能影响因素的分析和研究,结果表明:钢中夹杂物、中心偏析、异常组织及带状组织是Q345E低温冲击性能不合格的主要原因。通过降低终轧温度,轧后下冷床进行多支堆放冷却,改善了Q345E的低温冲击性能,产品性能合格率显著提高。

Abstract:The factors which influence impactproperty at low temperature of Q345E steel plate were analyzed and researched. The results showed that the main causes of disqualification of the impact property at low temperature of Q345E steel plate were inclusions, center segregation, abnormal microstructure and banded mierostructure. The impact property at low temperature of Q345E steel plate was improved by means of reducing the finish rolling temperature and multi piece stack cooling after cooling bed, which improved the qualification rate of the product properties.
