摘    要:本文研究了舞钢4200mm 同机后喷淋设备的冷却能力及其对产品强韧性能的影响。结果表明,采用加速冷却工艺可显著提高钢板的强韧性能,而且钢的碳当量可显著降低,进而又改善了钢板的焊接性能。

Abstract:The cooling ability oi water-sprinkling equipment behind the 4 200mm plate mill is investigated,and the effect on the strength and toughness of products is also studied,The results show that the strength and toughness of steel plate can be obviously enhanced by using accelerated cooling process,weldability is improved due to reduction of carbon equivalent of steel plate.
