普通中厚板轧制过程的有限元模拟

摘    要:采用有限元模拟计算软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对中厚板轧制过程进行了模拟研究,分析了轧辊直径、展宽比、延伸率等变形参数对轧后钢板平面形状的影响,得出了变形参数对钢板平面形状的影响规律。由模拟计算结果知:轧后钢板头部始终为凸形,而边部形状则随变形参数不同而变化,钢板边部由凹形向凸形变化的临界展宽比,将随轧辊直径的增大而增大。可以此计算结果为基础,研究立辊轧边及MAS轧制过程的变形特点,以改善轧后钢板平面形状。

Abstract:The plate rolling processes have been simulated by the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The influence of rolling parameters such as roller diameter, broaden ratio and ration of elongation on the plate plan view pattern was discussed, and the rule was gained. From the simulation results, it was known that the plate head shape was always convex, the plate side shape varied with the change of rolling parameters and the critical broaden ratio at which the plate side shape was changed from concave to convex would enlarge when the roller diameter enlarged. Further analyses of edger rolling or MAS rolling could be carried out base on these results to improve the plate plan view pattern after rolling.
