摘    要:对432m2烧结带冷机传动结构及密封装置进行了介绍,针对大型带冷机传动结构和密封装置存在更换困难和易损坏的弊端,从传动结构创新和密封装置材质及组合方式等方面进行了深入研究,并对其进行了改造。改造后达到了短时间内更换大型带冷机传动装置和延长密封装置使用寿命的效果。

Abstract:The drive structure and sealing dev ice of 432 m2 sintering belt cooler are introduced.It is difficult to replace the drive structure and sealing device.Aiming at the disadvantages,an in-depth study is made from the aspects of drive structure innovation,sealing device material and combination mode,etc.A modification is carried out.After the modification,the drive device of large belt cooler can be replaced in a short time,and the service life of sealing device can be extended.
