摘    要:针对连铸结晶器水冷却系统振动问题,采用了低成本、易维护、高可靠性的改进设计,将振动减少到了对管路无危害的程度,保证了结晶器工作的安全,节约了成本。

Abstract:The water cooling system for continuous caster mode has a problem of vibration. The design modification featured lower cost, easy maintenance and high reliability is carried out in order to minimize the impact harm to the pipeline caused by vibration and ensure the safety operation of the mode and cost saving.
