摘    要:针对铜闪速护反应塔内衬蚀损状况检测的传统方法所存在的局限性,提出了一种基于红外点温仪在线扫描识别反应塔内衬蚀损的非接触实时监测的新方法,并设计了一套相应的监测诊断系统。仿真实验表明,该方法技术可行,系统易于实现且经济实用,能满足闪速护运行工况要求。本文重点讨论了系统的多线程串行通讯实现。

Abstract:Due to the inherent limitation of the traditional methods to measure lining erosion state of reaction tower of copper flash furnace, a new non-contacting real-time monitor method and corresponding analysis and diagnostic system are provided in this paper. The principle of this method is that the lining erosion is estimated by means of the surface temperature changes of the reaction tower, which the temperature changes are detected with the infrared nod temperature instrument. It is emphatically discussed how to implement serial communication with multi-thread. It is testified through the experiment that this method is feasible and corresponding detect and diagnostic system can be built easily and economically.
