钨矿物原料分解专利申请分析

摘    要:为了了解钨矿物原料分解中国专利申请现状,对钨矿物原料分解领域中国专利申请进行了检索,检索系统为中华人民共和国国家知识产权局专利与检索服务系统的中国专利检索系统文摘数据库,检索到符合要求的专利申请共计37件.对申请量地区分布、申请量年度分布、主要专利申请人和专利审批情况进行了统计分析,统计结果如下:中请量最多的省份是湖南省,申请量总体上逐年呈上升趋势,主要专利申请人是中南大学,已经审结的专利申请中,授权率为56%.并介绍了授权专利的主要内容.

Abstract:Chinese patent applications in decomposition of tungsten ore were searched in China Patent Retrieve System Abstract Database. The search results indicted there were 37 patent applications in this field. This article analyzes the patent applications' regional and time distribution, applicants and patent approval. The following are the results: Hunan has the largest number of applications, with Central South University being the largest one; the general trend of application is upward with time passage; the patent authorized rate is 56 %; some major applications are introduced.
