超高纯铟的实验研究

摘    要:介绍超高纯铟的用途,探讨超高纯铟的制备方法,进行小试和扩大试验研究,试验表明,经过一次电解、真空蒸馏精炼、二次电解精炼等联合提纯工艺可产出99.9999%的超高纯铟,铟直收率在99%以上.流程所用设备简单,操作简便,适用于工业化生产.

Abstract:Introduced the use of ultra-high pure indium, discusses the preparation of high pure indium, to a small scale and expand the pilot study results showed that after an electrolysis, vacuum distillation and refining of secondary electrolytic refining joint purification process can produce 99.9999% ultra-high pure indium, indium yield of 99%. Process equipment used is simple, easy to operate, suitable for industrial production.
