稀土A356合金电泳涂装膜层性能研究

摘    要:研究了稀土A356合金中稀土含量对A356合金阴极电泳涂装膜层物理、化学性能的影响.结果表明:添加适量的稀土,可使合金组织细化、表面光洁度提高、易于进行磷化处理;而且生成的磷化膜致密、柔韧性及电泳涂层性能好.稀土的最佳含量为0.05%.

Abstract:Study is made on the influence of RE content in RE A356 alloy on the physical /chemical properties of A356 alloy cathode-electrophoretic coating film. The resutts show that addition of some rare earth can result in fine alloy structure, higher surface finish, easy phosphating. And the resultant phosphating film features good density, flexibility and electrophoretic coating ability. Optimum content of RE is 0. 05%.
