| 摘 要： | 对铟锡 氧化物（ Ｉ Ｔ Ｏ） 薄膜的特 性和应 用，制备方 法以及 市场情况 进行了 综述。该 新材料有 优越的光电 性能，在高 科技领 域中有 着重 要 用 途， 如液 晶 显示 、太 阳 能电 池、节 能 窗玻 璃 等。国 内 外 对 Ｉ Ｔ Ｏ 薄膜均 存在良 好的市场 。世界上 差不多一 半的铟 用于制 备 Ｉ Ｔ Ｏ 薄膜 。我国 有丰 富的 铟资 源， 因此存在着 Ｉ Ｔ Ｏ 薄膜的巨 大的潜 在市场。

| Abstract: | The properties and applications ,preparation and market situation of indium tin oxide (ITO) films were reviewed. The new material features good properties, good photoelectrical properties and has wide applications in high technique areas,such as in liquid crystal display,solar energy battery, energy saving window glass and so on There is a good market for ITO films both in China and abroad About a half of indium products in the world is used for preparing ITO films China has rich indium resources and hence there is a vast potential market for ITO films in China. |
