WC粉中聚集体成因分析

摘    要:对WC粉中聚集体的成因进行了试验研究。结果表明:保证原料氧化钨相成分单一和性能稳定是生产粒度均匀、聚团少的优质WC粉的前提;若普通蓝钨中平杂其他相,尤其是WO2.72相,则生产的W粉、WC粉中容易产生聚集体;WC中Fe含量的增加会使WC粉聚集程度明显增加,而且,同一种原料,不同工艺生产的W粉、WC粉的聚集体也不同,用普通蓝钨常规氢还原生产细W粉时,聚团现象无法避免。但在后续工序能基本得到打散,若碳

Abstract:Study is made of the genesis of the aggregate in WC powder. Results show that simple composition and stable properties of W oxide is a prerequisite for quality WC powder with uniform particle size and less aggregate. When normal blue W contains other phases,especially WO 2.72 , the aggregate is liable to form in W and WC powder. The increase of Fe in WC will result in distinct increase of aggregation of WC powder. Different processes will result in different aggregation of W and WC powders from the same raw material. The aggregation is unavoidable when normal blue W is used to produce fine W powder by conventional hydrogen reduction. But the aggregate can be disaggregated in the following operation. If the carburization temperature is too high,the previously loosened aggregate will be bonded more closely and grown, resulting in partial increase of WC Co particle size.
