石煤提钒碱浸液的除硅实验研究

摘    要:针对石煤提钒碱浸液硅浓度高的特点,采用混凝沉淀法除去碱浸液中大部分的硅。实验表明:在溶液反应温度为98℃、pH为10.5时,加入溶液体积量3%的硫酸铝溶液(102 g/L),控制终点pH为9.0,并基本保持溶液体积不变,保温1 h的最优条件下,除硅率达90%,钒损失率小于1.5%。

Abstract:In view of the high silicon concentration in the alkali leach liquor of carbonaceous shale containing vanadium,most of the silicon was removed by coagulating sedimentation. The results show that under the optimal conditions,that is adding 102 g/L Al_2(SO_4)_3 solution by 3% the volume of the alkali leach liquor (98 ℃ and pH 10.5),controlling the final pH value at 9.0,keeping the liquor volume nearly unchanged,and maintaining the liquor temperature for 1 h,the silicon removal rate is up to 90% and vanadium loss rate less than 1.5%.
