白钨矿酸性化学选矿浸出液的钨钼萃取研究

摘    要:以15% N235+ 10 %TBP+75%磺化煤油体系萃取回收白钨矿酸性化学选矿浸出液中的钨钼,该体系对Mo和WO3的萃取饱和容量为90.73 g/L,N235与Mo和WO3的萃合比为0.886.Mo主要以MoO2 Cln(n-2)-阴离子形态被萃,W主要以H2 WO4形态被萃,Fe以络合阴离子形态被萃,P主要以H3 PO4形态被萃.Mo、WO3、Fe、P的单级萃取率分别为76.3%、94.8%、99.1%、7.5%;采用pH=2的HCl溶液洗脱,Fe和P的洗脱率分别为99.6%和77%;采用2 mol/L NaOH溶液反萃,Mo和WO3的单级反萃率即可分别达88.35%和66.52%.

Abstract:Tungsten and molybdenum were extracted from scheelite chemical beneficiation acidic leachate with the organic system of 15%N235+10%TBP+75% sulfonated kerosene.The saturated loading capacity for Mo and WO3 of the organic system reaches 90.73 g/L,and the extracted complex ratio between N235 and Mo and WO3 is 0.886.Mo and W are extracted mainly in the form of MoO2Cl(n-2)-n and H2WO4,respectively,Fe in the form of complex anion and P in the form of H3PO4.The single stage extraction rates of Mo,WO3,Fe and P are ...
