高导电高耐磨铜基复合材料的研究进展

摘    要:综述了铜基耐磨复合材料的研究发展现状,介绍了铜基耐磨材料种类、制备方法和增强机理.指出陶瓷颗粒增强铜基复合材料具有较高的耐磨性、高温力学性能和较低的热膨胀系数,且制备工艺简单、成本较低,粉末冶金法仍是当今制备和研究碳纤维和陶瓷颗粒增强铜基复合材料的重要方法,而原位反应合成技术由于具有显著的技术和经济优势,也具有很好的发展前景.

Abstract:The latest development of copper-based wear-resistant composite materials is reviewed,focusing on the type of copper-based wear-resistant materials and their preparation methods and enhancement mechanism.Ceramic particle-reinforced copper-based composite material has higher wear resistance,better high-temperature mechanical properties and lower thermal expansion coefficient,and its preparation process is simple with low cost.Powder metallurgy is still an important method for preparation and research of carb...
