摘    要:随着高速线材厂高附加值、高技术含量产品的不断增加,对钢坯的加热质量提出了更高的要求。针对高速线材步进式加热炉加热制度的要求.进行了既能提高钢坯加热质量.又能降低燃料消耗的最佳加热工艺的研究与实践。

Abstract:With the increase of high value-added and hi-tech products of high-speed wire rod mil, higher heating quality is needed accordingly. According to the requirements of reheating system with higher reheating quality of the milled steel and low consumption, study and practice on the optimal reheating technology of high speed wire rod mill walking beam reheating furnace has been carried out.
