| Abstract: | To evaluate the uncertainty of measurement of micro-Vickers hardness, the mathematical model has been established and different factors which influence the testing result are fixed. Standard uncertainty of each factor has been calculated, thus expanded uncertainty is figured out. The expression of the ultimate measurement result has been presented. |
