摘    要:设备诊断技术是现代化设备管理的核心支撑技术之一,它可以帮助企业实现“经济维修”战略。我国冶金企业开展设备诊断已有二十几年历史,近几年开始初见成效,怎样实施才能尽快取得投资效益,是冶金企业预知维修领域的一大难题。本文通过实例从正反两个方面进行了总结,提出了可操作的方法,指出开展这项工作容易发生的问题和对策。

Abstract:The equipment fault diagnosis technology is one of the key technologies in the modern equipment management, which can help the enterprises to realize the strategy of the economic maintenance. The equipment diagnosis has been carried out in the metallurgical enterprises for more than 20 years, and has begun to take effect. On the other hand, it is still a main problem for the metallurgical enterprises to gain the investment in the predictive maintenance as soon as possible. The content is concluded through the practical examples and the reasonable methods are provided in this article. Furthermore, the possible problems and countermeasures in the practice are pointed out.
