LF炉精炼电耗控制分析与策略

摘    要:结合现场生产实践和对数据统计进行分析,查找出影响LF炉精炼电耗高的"顶渣、初始钢水温度、待精炼时间、精炼渣系、精炼挡位和电流选择及精炼设备"主要因素,通过在冶炼、钢包、精炼、连铸、设备、生产协调六个环节实施改进措施,LF精炼吨钢电耗比最初降低了6.664(k W·h)/t。

Abstract:Combining with production practice and the data analysis,find out main factors of high power consumption of LF: slag,initial temperature,refining waiting time,refining slag system,refining gear,current choice and refining equipment,through improving measures for six processes link including smelting,ladle,refining,continuous casting,equipment and production coordination,compared with initially,LF power consumption reduce6. 664( k W·h) / t.
