转炉烟气分析动态控制炼钢技术

采用烟气分析实现转炉炼钢动态智能控制技术可以不受转炉炉容积大小的限制，适用于解决我国中小型转炉不能实行自动化炼钢的技术难题，提高我国转炉炼钢总体水平。该技术与现有的经验法炼钢比较具有：提高转炉冶炼的终点命中率；提高转炉煤气的收得率；提高金属收得率；降低铁合金的用量；降低喷溅；提高锰、磷控制水平等方面的优势。
