| 摘 要： | 研究了济钢ASP产线X70管线钢的生产工艺及性能。研究表明:将管线钢的C控制在0.07%以内,并适当添加Nb、Ti等微合金元素,P、S控制在0.010%和0.005%以下,采用TMCP工艺,可以获得高强韧的针状铁素体性管线钢卷,各项力学性能指标均达到标准要求。

| Abstract: | The production technology and mechanical properties of X70 pipeline strip produced by ASP continuous casting and wiling line in Jinan Steel was introduced. The results showed that C content was below 0.07% ,P and S con- tents were respectively below 0.010% and 0.005%, Nb and Ti etc microalloying elements were added reasonably. Acicular ferrite pipe coil with high toughness could be achieved from TMCP process and various mechanical properties met the stand- ard requirements. |
