EAF—CSP流程Nb微合金化管线钢的连铸工艺研究

摘    要:基于珠钢采用Nb微合金化技术成功地开发了管线钢X52和X56的事实,结合CSP薄板坯连铸工艺特点,探索出了一套适合含Nb钢薄板坯连铸的浇注温度制度、结晶器保护渣、连铸拉速和结晶器热流密度匹配及二次冷却曲线等工艺控制技术。

Abstract:Based on the fact that ZIS succeed in manufacturing X52 and X56 pipe line steel by means of Nb Micro- alloying technology, this paper combined with the technical characteristic of TSCR and investigated a series of technology to control thin slab continuous casting for Nb- bearing steel,such as the schedules of the casting temperature.mold casting powder.matching between casting speed and heat flux density and cecondary coding wateretc.
