| 摘 要： | 采用气体渗碳工艺替代固体渗碳对耐火材料成型模具进行热处理。经合理设计工艺 ,模板表面的含碳量达到0 .9%～ 1.0 % ,淬火后的表面硬度达到 HRC62～ 64 ,成本降低 3 5 4.6元 / t,而且提高了模具使用寿命

| Abstract: | The gas carburization process is adopted in the heat treatment of refractory forming die instead of the original solid carburization process On the condition of designing the process reasonably, the carbon content on the die surface is up to 0 9%~1 0%, the surface hardness of the die after quenching is up to HRC62~64, the cost of the die is decreased by 354 6 Yuan/t, and the life of the die is increased |
