| 摘 要： | 山东冶金企业开展ＱＣ小组活动２０ 年来，取得了丰硕的成果。但面临市场经济新形势，有些企业的ＱＣ 小组活动出现了不少问题。通过分析认为应从提高质量意识、提高职工自身素质入手，充分利用好当前的大好形势和有利政策，紧紧围绕生产实际积极开展ＱＣ 小组活动，为改进产品质量，降低消耗，提高经济效益多做贡献。
