低碳高铬铸铁复合铸造轧辊的研制及应用

摘    要:低碳高铬铸铁的基体是奥氏体和少量马氏体,碳化物主要是M7C3型和少量M23C6型,铸态下其σb为500~600MPa,αk为10~20J/cm2,硬度为HRC50~60。试验证明,低碳高铬铸铁复合铸造轧辊的使用寿命高,耐磨性能好,韧性好,强度高,是适用于冷、热轧机的理想轧辊。

Abstract:Microstructure of matrix of low carbon high chrome casting iron is austenite and a little of martensite,the carbides are mainly M7C3 type and a little of M23C6 type,under the casting condition b is 500600MPa and ak is 1020J/cm2,hardness is HRC 5060.The experiment proves that the low carbon high chrome casting iron complex roller has high service life,good wearability,high strength and this roller is suitable to cold rolling mill and hot rolling mill.
