摘    要:为提高检测精度,探讨了用斜探头在翼板上检测T型角焊缝未焊透高度的方法。回波声程定位法和两轮廓线同时回波声程计算法配合使用,可准确计算出未焊透缺陷的高度。检测方法虽然运算起来稍有麻烦,但充分利用了超声检测的许多优点,最大限度地减少了影响测量精度的误差因素,因而现场检测测量精度高,对2mm以上的未焊透高度都可测量。

Abstract:In order to improve detection precision, the method of detecting T-type fillet weld lack of penetration height was discussed using ramp probe in the wing. The use of contour aeoustic echo location and two contours at one time echo-ranging calculation method in conjunction with can calculate the height of the shallow weld well and truly. Although detection operations up have slightly troublesome, actual use up is quite simple and practical. Because of making the best of many excellences of ultrasonic inspection, error factors intluencing measurement accuracy were reduced furthest and field inspection accuracy was high. And then lack of penetration through the high-2mm above can be measured.
