| 摘 要： | 通过对脱硫后铁渣成分、性能进行研究，研制出一种聚渣剂，有效地解决了镁钙基铁水脱硫中存在的扒渣难和渣裹铁损大的问题。加入聚渣剂后脱后铁渣铁损平均由吨铁6．18kg降至1kg以下，同时节约扒渣时间l／3以上。

| Abstract: | A new kind of slag conglomeration agent is developed by researching on the composition and performance of ferric cake after desulphurization, which can effectively eliminate the problems of difficult slag removal and large loss of slag binded hot metal in magnesium calcium based desulphurization of hot metal. After adding the slag conglomeration agent, the slag binded hot metal loss is reduced averagely from 6.18kg/t hot metal to below 1kg/t, meanwhile the slag removal time is shortened beyond one third. |
