摘    要:济钢在发展循环经济的过程中,随生产结构的变化,各类能源介质均出现了不同程度的不平衡现象,供需矛盾及能源浪费现象制约了生产的稳定顺行和效益提高。通过煤气平衡模型建立、蒸汽外销、水源置换等能源介质的结构优化,在满足生产需求的前提下提升了发电水平,挖掘了余热潜力,降低了限产损失和成本,年综合经济效益在1亿元以上,能源利用效率大幅提高。

Abstract:In the course of developing circular economy in Jinan Steel,with the change of production structure,the imbalance phenomenon of all kinds of energy media existed in different degrees.The imbalance between supply and demand and energy waste restricted the production stable and the benefit increase.Through the establishment of gas balance model,steam sale,water replacement and the structure optimization of other energy media,production requirements were met under premising the levels of generation electricity and excavating the waste heat potential and reducing production losses and cost constraints.The annual overall economic efficiency was upwards one hundred million Yuan and energy efficiency was increased greatly.
