摘    要:为满足钢坯计量数据管理信息的要求,开发了高效、准确、智能钢坯定重系统。系统使用动态辊道衡作为称重数据采集设备,通过PLC进行数据处理和逻辑推理,摄像定尺系统根据处理完的数据实现定重切割。系统应用后,实现了钢坯管理的自动化、智能化,称重精度由±10kg提高到±3kg以内。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of measurement data management information, the high efficient, accurate and intelligent billet limited weight system was developed. The system used dynamic roller weighing as weighing data acquisition equipment, carried out the data processing and logical reasoning by PLC and length camera system implemented limited weight cutting depending on the results of processing data. It realized the automation and intelligentization and the weighing accuracy was increased to within ± 3 kg from ± 10 kg.
