火驱采油套管的试制开发

摘    要:根据火驱采油工作条件的特点,试制了复合添加Mo、W、V等合金元素的含Cr3%的火驱采油用BG80H-3Cr耐热套管。检测结果表明,所开发的产品在室温至450℃的使用温度范围内屈服强度均在API标准的N80钢级范围。在400℃加载250MPa的条件下未发生蠕变,550℃运行1万h的高温持久强度的理论值为169MPa。套管试样在550℃空气介质下的氧化速率为0.01g(/m2·h),抗CO2腐蚀能力与普通N80套管相比提高11倍。

Abstract:According to the working conditions of the casing suitable for fireflood production,a BG80H-3Cr casing were prepared using a 3% Cr steel alloyed with Mo,W and V elements.The inspection results showed that the yield strength of the casing product ranges within the API specified N80 grade scope in use temperature ranges from room temperature to 450℃.Creep behavior did not occur at 400℃ loaded with 250 MPa and the creep rupture strength at 550℃ running 10000h was predicted to be 169 MPa.The oxidation rate of the prepared casing specimen was 0.01g(/m2·h)at 550℃ under air atmosphere.The CO2 corrosion resistance property was increased 10 times that common N80 casing.
