扬迪矿烧结基础特性的试验研究

摘    要:对澳大利亚扬迪粉矿烧结基础特性的测试分析表明,扬迪粉矿同化温度低,同化能力大,液相流动性高,有效粘结范围大,但粘结相自身强度不高。烧结杯及工业性试验表明,在莱钢原料条件下,通过优化烧结配矿,当扬迪粉配比在20%左右时,烧结矿产质量指标最佳,超过20%后,指标稍有所下降,但仍高于基准配矿。

Abstract:The sinter basic characteristics of Yandi fine ore from Australia are tested in laboratory. The results show that Yandi fine ore has low temperature, strong assimilation ability and high fluidity of liquid phase, but the self-intensity of the binding phase is low. Pot grate test and industrial experiment indicate that at the raw material condition of Laigang and through optimizing ore blend, when the proportioning of Yandi fine ore is 20%, the yield and quality indexes of the sinter are best and when the proportion is over 20%, the indexes will reduce but are better than the reference.
