山东耐火公司研制出高温蠕变率低、荷重软化点高及热震稳定性好的低蠕变莫来石砖,该制品以莫来石为骨料,添加适量刚玉细粉和硅石细粉,经高温烧成后骨料形成了莫来石骨架,所添加的刚玉细粉和硅石细粉的莫来石化形成莫来石矿相,填充于莫来石骨架之间,增强了制品的抗高温蠕变性能。
