昆明钢铁公司工业节水技术分析

摘    要:昆明钢铁公司生产钢铁的吨钢耗新水量远高于国内先进钢铁企业的水平。从昆明钢铁公司的几个排水干道的污染物指标分析说明工业节水的潜力。从节水型工艺技术、节水型供水系统以及高效环保的节水药剂等几方面进行考虑以提高昆明钢铁公司的工业用水循环率和利用率。提出干熄焦技术、干式除尘技术、高炉渣粒化工艺与钢渣滚筒法液态处理工艺三种节水型工艺生产技术;重复用水技术、钢铁生产回用技术、膜法处理工业废水技术、活性炭吸附处理钢铁废水四种节水型供水系统;建议采用环保型“绿色”水处理药剂和多功能型药剂对生产废水进行稳定处理。按照3R原则,依据昆钢自身条件,选择科学合理的节水技术。

Abstract:The fresh water consumption per ton of steel in Kunming Iron and Steel Group is much higher than the advanced steel corporations.According to the pollutants indexes of several drain arteries,the potential of industry water saving is explained.It is considered to increase the cycling and utilization rate of industry water with water saving technology,water saving supply system and high efficiency water saving agents.Three types of water saving technology such as dry coke quenching,dry dust removal and blast furnace slag granulation and tumbling disposal of liquid slag are suggested,and four types of water saving supply systems such as repetition use of water,sewage reusing in steel production,membrane method in industry waste water disposal and activated carbon adsorption of waste water are put forward.It is recommended to dispose waster water by using environmental and multifunctional water treatment agents.The rational water saving technics should be chosen according to the Three-R principles and the conditions of Kunming Iron and Steel Group.
