| 摘 要： | 回顾了从建国至今60年以来大学生思想政治教育管理体制的演变历程，并从处理党政系统的关系及高等教育规律等方面总结了其历史经验。从领导体制创新和执行体制创新两个方面，阐述了大学生思想政治管理体制的创新发展。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a brief review of the sixties, from the founding of the PRC has been the ideological and political education of the evolution of the course management system, and dealing with the relationship between government and higher education systems and other aspects of the law of summing up the historical experience. From the institutional innovation of leader and application, the paper discusses the innovation and development of students ideological and political management system. |
