电炉节能的理论探讨

摘    要:根据电炉冶炼的特点,通过理论分析提出了电炉节能的关键在于提高炉料的比电阻。并研制成功成本低、反应性好、比电阻高的复合炉料,经生产实践证明,这种复合炉料的效益十分显著。

Abstract:Conclusion is reached through theoretical analysis on the basis of metallurgical characteristics of the electric arc furnace that key to the energy saving in electric arc furnace operation lies in increasing the resistivity of the furnace burden.Satisfactory results achieved in dereloping composite burden with low cost,better reactivity and high resistivity demonstrate that the burden has very high efficiencies.
