| 摘 要： | 武钢等单位开发的高炉专家系统已在武钢1号高炉投入生产运行.该专家系统的主要功能包括:高炉布料控制、炉温预报、高炉操作炉型的管理及控制、高炉炉缸炉底侵蚀的预测模型,以及理论焦比计算模型等.以上模型已在线运行一年多,对改善高炉操作发挥了重要作用. |

| Abstract: | The blast furnace expert system developed by WISCO has been put into operation at No.1 BF.Its main functions include: burden distribution control in the top,prediction of temperature and thermal state in the hearth,operating profile management and control,prediction of lining erosion in the hearth and bottom,theoretical coke rate model,etc.All the above-mentioned models have run over one year and played an important role in improving blast furnace operation. |
