摘    要:在实验室条件下研究了w(MgO)对高炉高铝渣高温性能的影响,利用旋转法测定炉渣的黏度,利用变形法测定炉渣的熔点.研究结果表明:当高炉渣中w(Al2O3)>17 %时,w(MgO)应控制在12 %,二元炉渣碱度控制在1.05,这样的高炉渣具有较低的熔点和较好的流动性,同时也有较强的脱硫能力;w(MgO)对高炉高铝渣的熔点...

Abstract:In this paper,experimental studies on effects of MgO content on high temperature properties of high alumina blast furnace slag were carried out in the laboratory.The viscosity of slag was measured by the method of rotation and the melting point of slag was measured by the method of deformation.The results showed that when w(Al2O3)>17% in slag,MgO content should be 12% and w(CaO)/w(SiO2) should be 1.05 so as to maintain lower melting point,better fluidity and good desulfurization capacity.In addition,MgO con...
