摘    要:通过模拟试验,测定了Q345E钢的CCT图,确定了不同冷却条件下钢中相变的开始点和终了点,研究了变形量对转变开始点的影响,发现高于再结晶温度时转变开始温度随着变形量的增加而升高,这是变形诱导相变影响的结果。文中还用CCT图曲线对现场冷却过程的相变进行了模拟分析。

Abstract:Through simulating experiments of Q345E steel, its CCT curvers are obtained and the beginning and ending temperature of phase transformation in different cooling conditions are determined. Based on study regarding to the effect of deformation on the temperature of beginning phase transformation,a conclusion can be made that the temperature of beginning phase transformation increases with deformation raising. This result can be attributed to the deformation induced transformation. A simulating analysis of phase transformation in on-site conditions is also given using the CCT curves.
