| Abstract: | Based upon the analysis of the cold bending deformation theory &. ESCA of fracture pattern,the effect of different types,pattern and distribution of inclusion on the crack innation &. expansion in the process of cold bending tested with 16MnL steel plate sample of Jinan Iron &. Steel Corporation put forward,and supplied a prelimiary explanation on cold bending property of 16MnL which is out of efficiency. |
