摘    要:用热模拟试验等方法研究了热变形制度对Nb+Ti复合处理ELC-BH钢板组织的影响。结果表明该板热变形期间发生静态再结晶现象,再结晶程度与每一道次的变形温度、变形量和道次间隙时间有关,终轧前一道次再结晶愈充分,终轧变形量愈大,则热轧卷取组织的晶粒愈细小、均匀。

Abstract:Effects of hot rolling deformation system on the microstructure of an extra low-carbon and high strength boke-hordening sheet steel treated by adding Nb and Ti are studied by means of hot simuloting experiment and so on.The experimental results show that statis recrystallization takes place in the steet during hot deformation,and its extent relates to the deforming temperature and reduce amount in every pass as well as the time between every two passes,and the fuller the statis recrystallization carries out the larger the finishing reduction is,the smaller and the more honogeneous the grains of coiled microstructure is.
