| 摘 要： | 本文通过对500mm×3型钢轧机力参数测定获得的轧制力、轧制力矩值,分析其负荷率及负荷波动率水平。试验结果表明,大部分道次的负荷率水平居中下限,轧机尚有一定的潜力。负荷波动率较大,轧机使用不够理想。

| Abstract: | In the paper the load rate and the load fluctuation rate were analyzed based on the rolling force and rolling torque which were obtained through measurement on the force parameters of 500mm X3 section mill. Results indicate that the load rates in the most rolling passes stand at medium-low limit and therefore there exists certain potentiality for further development, but for the utilization of the mill there is still much to be desired due to greater load fluctuation rate. |
