1996年度大中型钢铁生产企业节能情况综述

1996年冶金工业遇到了前所未有的困难：上游产品特别是能源人幅度涨价．企业经济效益大面积下滑。部领导多次召开会议研究如何迎接上游产品不断涨价，特别是能源涨价的挑战。积极引导企业树立节能的危机感、紧迫感，制定新的节能工作目标、研究“九五”重大节能措施，引导企业把节能降耗工作抓实抓好，把转变经济增长方式落到实处，增强企业的竞争力。在部领导的正确引导下，1996年冶金节能工作取得了很好成绩：人中型钢铁生产企业全年节能340万tce，创造效益26．7亿元，这是近年来节能降耗最多的一年。

Under the correct guide of ministry leaders, the work of energy saving in metallurgical industry obtained better achivements in 1996: saving energy 0f 3. 40 million tce in large and medium iron and sleel works. creating 26. 7 billion yuan of profit which saved energy and reducee consumption most recent years.
