高速烧嘴和加热数学模型在热处理炉的应用

摘    要:以太重钢轮厂的隧道式热处理炉为研究对象,主要针对其炉温不稳定、不均匀等问题,采用了新型高速烧嘴,并建立了钢坯的二维数学模型,经实践证明所采用的高速烧嘴性能优良,所建立的模型具有计算量小,灵敏度高,并且能真实地反映钢坯的加热过程等优点。

Abstract:Based on tunnel heat treatment furnace in TSW and mainly considering instability and unevenness of temperature in furnace,this paper introduces a new type of hihg-speed burner and presents two-dimension mathematical model.Its productive operation shows that the high-speed burner has high performance and model has less calculation,higher sensitivity and reflects the heating process of slabs actually.
