摘    要:介绍了分离式热管换热器在高炉热风炉上的应用情况,以及设计这种换热器时要考虑的一些问题。宝钢2号高炉热风炉的应用结果表明,利用热风炉排烟余热同时预热自身烧炉用助燃空气和煤气,技术上可行,经济效益上很高.

Abstract:This poper introduces the application of separating heat tube heat exchangers to hot-blast stove in blast furnace as well as some problems concerned with the design of the recuperater. The application result in blast furnace NO. 2 of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co. shows that using flue gas waste heat of hot-blast stove to preheat self-burning combustion-aiding air and gas at the same time is feasible in technology and has high economic results.
