膨润土类型对昆钢铁精矿造球性能的影响

摘    要:为改善昆钢铁精矿的造球性能,对昆钢球团添加钙基膨润土和钠基膨润土进行了对比试验。结果表明,钠基膨润土能使生球落下强度、抗压强度显著提高;而钙基膨润土在改善球团爆裂温度方面优于钠基膨润土。因此,在造球生产过程中通过选择钠基或钙基膨润土,或通过两种膨润土搭配,可制备出综合性能优良的球团矿。

Abstract:In order to improve the ballability of iron ore concentrates of Kun-Steel, the effect of calcium bentonite and sodium bentonite on the ballability of iron ore concentrates were compared in this paper. The results show that sodium bentonite can greatly improve the drop strength and compressive strength of green pellets, while calcium bentonite could enhance shock temperature of green pellets. Therefore, by choosing suitable type of binder, or blending calcium bentonite and sodium bentonite in proper proportion can improve the properties of green pellets.
